Asp.net(2005) website Hosting

Hai,
Can any one tell me how to host an asp.net website application(MS.Net 2.0-
into the domain server).If it possible provide steps or link.
If it necessary to upload all files(UI,Class file,Bin,Appcode,Appdata,...).
