ASP.NET 2.0: Sample of extending SessionStateStoreProviderBase

The current documentation does not provide an example (although it looks like
there will be one) that shows how to properly extend the
SessionStateStoreProviderBase class. If anyone has done this and can provide
some sample code it would be greatly appreciated.
