Asks for same parameter twice

Hi there! Using A02 on XP. Have 1 table in my query
(EnrollmentTbl); criteria parameter inquiry asks, "Start
Date?" and then "End Date?" in [Recd]. I need one field
[SL] from another table so I joined the tables on [PlanNum]
to show all from EnrollmentTbl and only those from
ContractTbl where joined fields are equal. Now, my
parameter inquiries appear twice!!! Ugh! How can I link in
a table and still only answer my parameters once?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!!! Luv U Guys!

You have probably opened the query and sorted or filtered then closed
the query and saved the "design changes" (the sorting/filtering). To
get rid of the multiple parameter prompts: run the query, when it
displays the results - right-click on a "non-grid" area and select
"Remove Filter/Sort"; then close the query & click Yes when prompted to
"...save changes to the design of the query."

The "save changes" is the default when closing a query that has been
filtered/sorted. It is a good idea to always click the No button when
prompted.

MGFoster, you are 'DA BOMB'. If I had a quarter for every
time I have done this... I promise to stick a note on my
screen, I swear. I had indeed sorted and saved the query
as I had done a variety of edits. I removed it by going to
the design view of my query and deleting the FilterOn
wordage. (And, of course, saving it.) Thanks bunches!!!
