Article 896269 - "You cannot rotate and save an image file in Wind

I'm experiencing the problem referred to in article 896269. I've been
attempting to chat with MS TechSupport to get the hotfix but they keep
referring me to my machine's manufacture, Gateway. Gateway can't seem to
read a simple english sentence like "I need the hotfix refered to in
Microsoft article 896269". I get stupid answers like "have you tried
installing the files?", or "Run the Windows repair program".

Can someone tell me where I can get the hotfix files for this problem?

That's the kind of stupid answer I'm getting from Gateway.

Microsoft Support keeps referring me to Gateway, Gateway keeps referring me
to Microsoft Support.

Tell them you want a hotfix. Give them their money. If you do need that hotfix you are not charged else you are.
