Article 826927 Hotfix

I keep receiving an envent 1168 when I try and add another
server as a bdc for AD. I need to know how to get this
hotfix and will I be charged this $99 tech assist fee
 
Event ID 1168 has several meanings. Can you post your whole event id data ?

Hotfixes don't cost anything! Ring PSS, tell them you need the hotfix for
MS 826927 and they'll mail you a link to it. If there's a KB and a
resultant hotfix because of a bug, the fix is free. You only pay for help
and phone support, etc.
