What did I do? Now, when I enter data in a cell, I have
to select the Enter key before I can use the arrow key to
navigate to another cell. Is there a setting somewhere
to change this back?

This might be your problem, but check the Tools option in the menu bar and select Options, then go to the Edit Tab. Look for the Check Box titled "Move selection after Enter" and make sure it is checked.

You most likely have the Scroll Lock key enabled. Do you see SCRL down on the
Status bar right-side corner? Id so, hit the ScrLk key to toggle off.

OR you are in Edit mode.
