Arrow keys in excel is disable

In my excel sheet arrow key is not working when I am working on sheet.
Otherwise the arrow keys work properly.
 
"Not working" means what?

Don't move? Move too much?

Do you see "SCRL" down on status bar? Tap the scroll lock key to disable this
mode.
