arrays in ASP.Net

I am using Visual Basic for ASP.Net programming.
I would like to kow the string manipulation using multi dimensional arrays.

for example.
How to declare multi dimensional array
How to read and write the data in array(array manipulation).
If you some one can show me the link to this subject will be a great help.
