Im using your recommendation and it is working but it
seems to return every other match not all of them

=INDEX('sheet1'!$B1:$B$100,SMALL(IF('sheet1'!
$A$1:$A$100=$A$1,ROW('shee t1'!$A$1:$A$100)),ROW
(1:1)))(1:1)))
