Arrange By Group Headers

When using the grouping feature in Outlook, I arrange my inbox by date. Is
there a way to change the font size and color of the group headings: Today,
Yesterday, etc..?

you can enable/disable shading in 2003 to make the group larger or smaller.
it's in customize views.
