Can anyone identify the following files on my computer?

"nweiz.exe.\startup" which I find in the right panel of
regedit "HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \
Windows \CurrentVersion \ Run ? There is no further
upward link listed for this file?

I also find the file qMzH81.exe listed under my local
settings \ temp file which I cannot delete and which I am
unable to determine its usefulness?

Can anyone help me determine if these are needed and/or
wanted files? I am using Windows XP Prof with Office XP
and Outlook as my e-mail client.

Check this site - it lists lots of files and tell if they are needed or not.
