are these parts compatible, room for improvements?

i am going to buil a system...here are the parts....are there any known
compatibilty issues with these parts..or will a part not work to its
best because of another part i have chosen..the only confusion i have
is the memory...what kind of speeds should i be looking at..is the one
mentioned here good or can another memory perform faster for this cpu
and mobo..

ASUS P5WD2-E Premium
Pentium D 920 (2.8Ghz Dual Core, 2x2MB Cache, 800 Mhz FSB)
Corsair DDR2 PC2-4200, 533 Mhz, 1GB (soo lost with these pc####'s
and speeds)
Radeon x1900 xt 512MB
TV Wonder Elite
Maxtor DiamondMax 10, 250GB, 7200RPM, 16 MB Buffer
Pioneer DVDRW
OCZ Modstream 450W
Antec P160W

in terms of power..im gonna look at how much each part reuires and see
if this power is enough..but in terms of brand...noise etc...i wanna
hear from ppl that experienced it...
is the memory ok?

so this is the kind of power i need for a system...heavy tv watcher and
dvd watcher/rippper/burner...mediocre games...intenet/msn/office
etc...so powerwise it is enough....tryna keep a budget too...but in
terms of parts..let me hear from the experts here...thanks

yeh...i shall get the ram at 800mhz.....the tv tuner is a pci based tv
card.from ati...all video related products i have to stay with ati
because i have a friend at ati....btu yeh...im really familiar with
asus and intel,so i think it would be easier for me and my mind to
stick with it..although your suggestions are logically good...im not
really a hardcore gamer...and i want to be able to run alot of things
together..so i think i shall stay with intel...thnks
