Are there filofax addins for word? (page layouts and sizes)

2 up filofax paper has an unusual booklet layout that Word cannot
accommodate. Clickbook will do so, but it is an expensive way of completing
filofax pages. :(
If your printer will handle the smaller pages, then the only no-cost option
I can think of would be to break the paper up into separate sheets and print
on both sides.
