Are there any setting selections in FP where I can select all text in say px instead of pt ?

FP 2003 font size control setting is in Pt's how can I set them to px ?

I'm not upto speed with CSS yet, if I have to go this way what would be the
CSS setting
for page text to be the equivalent of say 12pt ?

any help please TIA
