Are there any 'Dotted Line' Fonts?

I would like to find a font (or fonts) that are 'dotted-line'. They are often
used in commercially available books for children to help them learn to write
their letters. I want to create my own 'books' for my son to use.

I tried and failed to create anything useful using MS Paint or by drawing.

I'd appreciate any help the MS Word community can give. Thanks.
