If I upload a PowerPoint Show to the web, will everyone be able to access it,
or only those with PowerPoint programs?

If you publish the presentation as a web page (htm/html) everyone having access
to the site will be able to see it without PowerPoint

It depends on how you upload it to the web.

If you save it/publish it as a PowerPoint Show (PPS) file, then only those with
PowerPoint or one of the free Viewers will be able to view it.

If you save it as a single-file HTML (MHT) file, then the viewer won't be
needed, but it probably will only work in recent versions of MS Internet
Explorer; it won't necessarily work in other browsers.

If you save as regular HTML and choose the most compatible options, most people
will be able to view it (though not in full fidelity - animations, transitions,
possibly sounds and other features will probably be lost).

Thanks a bunch - I think you covered it all here. I have to keep this web as
accessible as possible, so I think I may do the regular html thing.
