Arctic Cooling Silencer 5 on Sapphire X800XL

I've heard that this fan can't be installed on the Sapphire card
because of two condensators. Is this true or is there a workaround?
 
Did you hear this regarding the original Silencer 5 or Revision 2?

Of course, you could cut away a corner on the cooler if it does not fit.
