Archiving

I may just not know too much about computers, but when my
computer archives the deleted items I have it sends them
to a file archive.pst; my computer will not open the
folder due to it not knowing whcih program created it.
Is there anyway I can get that open somehow or just get
my deleted items back?

You have to open it from within Outlook, not through Windows. See if
