Archiving related tables ?????

I have a prospects database that uses on-to-many related
tables.
When a prospect is 'dead', I want to archive the record
and records in the related tables to an Old Prospects
database. The Old Prospects database has exactly the same
structure.
I can't find a way of archiving selected records. I have
tried using an Update Query but this only seems to address
one table at a time.
Any Suggestions please ?

To archive to a different table, you will need to execute a series of SQL
statements - one for each table.

To do this safely, it would be a good idea to use a transaction. Example and
