I use a spreadsheet on a daily basis, which now holds a vast amount of
information. Is there any way I can archive data which was added approx. 6
months ago?
 
Hi Hayley,

It's not very clear what you are trying to do.

Maybe this.
First save your sheet.
Then do a 'save as' and rename it version2 or whatever.
Then tap F5, click special, check constants and
uncheck Text, Logicals and Errors and click OK.
Then tap delete.

Now you should have a new clean sheet with all of
your formulas and text headers intact.

You don't have to delete the entire sheet, you can use
the same procedure on part of the sheet by selecting your
range that you wish to treat before tapping F5.

Is that what you are looking for or am I way
off the mark?
