archive program that recoginizes the MOST file formats ?

is there a good freeware archive / un-archive program that recognizes
the MOST archive file formats ?
 
Three good ones:

Ultimate Zip
Will make : Zip, Blak Hole, Cabinet, Jar, Lha , GZip, Tar, Tar-BZip2, and
Tar-GZip archives.
Will open : Ace, Arc, Arj , Rar, Zoo, Zip, Blak Hole, Cabinet, Jar , Lha,
GZip, Tar,
Tar-BZip2, and
Tar-GZip archives.

Hmmmm .. haven't heard of ZipCentral since the days of Windows 3.11.
I looked it up online and found where it can be downloaded, mainly in
UK sites. It appears to be nowise comparable to any of the other
wider-known names, especially in types of compression it supports.
