I posted this on an Outlook ng by mistake.

I was told to look up "VLST" on the web for scripting in Excel 2007, but
there seems to be very little information to find.
Can anyone give me some references on books or websites?

Thank you both for your answers.
I was told Excel 2007 uses VLST instead of VB for programing. He may have
meant specifically about the toolbars as he was answering a question about
customizing them, but I am very sure it was not a typo.
Very likely I misunderstood him.
