Microsoft Outlook 2000, SR1. I created 5 archive folders
on a CD. I deleted the folders from the CD. The folders
still show on the Folders List and are empty. I want to
delete those folders, but I can't. When I select one, then
click "file", there is no delete option. If I right click
on the folder, nothing shows. How can I delete the folders?

When you right click on the folder (top level) you
should be presented with a menu that has
"Close Personal Folder..." (or close to this depending
upon what the name of the folder is).
Select to "Close" this folder.
This will remove it from the Folder List.

This will not actually delete the file.

Ok, I did that. The offending folder is not visible, but it still exists. How do I get it off my computer and out of my life?
