Archive doesnt do items just folders

Hello

I am trying to manually archive a folder - exchange 2003 sp1, outlook 2003

when archiving items to a pst to c:\test (full permissions on the folder),
outlook creates the folders but does not move any items from the inbox to
the pst. no error message - the box to archive "do not archive items" is
checked. Not sure where to look.

I dont think it is a permission issue - the mail items are older than the
date given - this happens on all folders and subfolders

any ideas?

Ah but is the /modified/ date older than the archive date? If it's not then
the items won't be archived.
 
He's right - the Autoarchive function works on Date Last Modified - not the
date of the meeting.
