Arabic Letters

Hi,

I have already installed windows XP Prof. and some times
I receive emails from one friend in Arabic language but I
can't read it because the letters are unreadable.

Would you tell me how I can configure windows XP to read
incoming emails in Arabic writing.

For example I receive emails with these signs:

ÇáÓáÇã Úáíßã æÑÍãÉ Çááå æÈÑßÇÊå ..
ãæÞÚ åäÇÁ äÊ íÑÍÈ Èßã æíÏÚæßã áÇÓÊáÇã ÈØÇÞÉ ÎÇÕÉ Èßã ÞÇã
ÈÇÎÊíÇÑåÇ æÅÚÏÇÏåÇ ÎÕíÕÇð áßã :
ÈÝÑíä

Thank you

Unless you check to be sure that you and your friend are
using the same font the letters you see may or may not be
the same.
Do you read Arabic and is it the wrong letter or font or is
it the language that you need translated?

Easiest would be to have your friend use English (or
whatever your native language is)

Since you are using XP Pro, have you installed the language
support packs?

You need to install Arabic language support which should be available
on your original XP CD. Unless you have a retail copy of XP, there
is no certainty that the language IME packs will be available on the
CD. Some OEM copies include them, others don't. System restore CDs
from OEMs usually do not include the language IMEs.
