arabic fonts

how do i view arabic fonts in msn messenger?
character map does not appear in the accessories menu.
how do i get it there? and how do i download it?
please help

Greetings,

Firstly, you'll need to make sure you have the proper fonts installed. To do so, click
Start, then Control Panel, then Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options (if you're using
category view), then Regional and Language Options. Click the Languages tab and under the
Supplemental language support heading, make sure both boxes are checked and then click OK.

Secondly, you can start the character map by clicking Start, then Run, type "charmap" and
click OK.
