Trying to create a new desktop shortcut, I get this message "Error Loading
AppWiz. The specific module could not be found.

I checked the following registry entry:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.lnk\ShellNew\Command - Value for Command: RunDll32
AppWiz.Cpl.NewLinkHere %2
