When i set up a meeting for my director, why does the meeting always have to
appear on my calendar, as well as his? I have checked the box that says "do
not send to this person" and it x's out my name, but the appt. still appears
on my calendar. Generally I am scheduling a meeting for him, and I'm not
invited.
