Approach for Dynamically displaying controls based on values in

Hello All,

we have the below requirement where administrator setup the control
Name,Contrl type,control value,lookup values.
..The requirement is to create user control/page which will read the above
values and create the controls.
Appreciate if anyone has implemeted this approach

Since you said "page" above, I have to assume you're talking about Web
programming. I recommend you ask in an ASP.NET group.
