Appointmet dates in bold print

G

Gene L.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007 and I need some advice on the calendar
data that appears on the upper right hand side of my screen. The days where
an appointment is scheduled sometimes appears in bold print and other times
in regular. ( I prefer the bold print to make them stand out). How can I
make these dates appear in bold print all the time?

Thanks,

Gene L.

bolded items mean there is an appointment scheduled for that day and the
time is marked 'busy'

Thank you Diane. I realize that a bold entry signifies there is an
appointment scheduled but why should the same same day be shown in bold
print at one time and the next time in regular? I realize this is not a
monumental problem but I do not understand the inconsistency.
Thanks for your attention.

do you have more than one calendar?

No; I only have the one calendar.

Diane:

I am embarrassed. Now I realize what I perceived to be an inconsistency.
When I first open Outlook, the only date highlighted is the current day (in
a square box). When the program is opened for a few minutes and my E-Mail
messages are displayed, then the appointment dates in the calendar become
bold. I am sorry that I did not notice this before but thank you for your
patience and help.
