Appointments from other calendars and CCing emails to inbox

Hi, 2 questions about Outlook 2003 - I'm a new user.

How can I have certain appointments (with particular labels/catergories)
show through into our company's public diary?

And how can I set up mail so that my outgoing emails are copied to my inbox,
rather than to my Sent mail folder as is currently the case?

DIsable saving sent items in the Sent Items folder and create a rule that
moves a copy of every outgoing message to the Inbox.
