appointments duplicate when sync

It's been a while since I've used a Palm device but what program are you
using to sync? Are you creating the items in Outlook or on the Palm device?
 
I'm so glad to find this topic!!! I have exactly the same problem! Am using
OL 2003 and put the appointments in my pc and then sync. SOMETIMES....not
always....they duplicate themselves and I end up with 2 exact appointments on
my OL and in my Palm. There doesn't seem to be any ryme or reason to what
makes it happen......any ideas would be appreciated.
