Appointment

When I try to access a new Appointment. I get this message.

The for you selected could not be displayed. The form required to view this
message cannot be displayed. Contact your Administrator.

I have no Administrator. It's like the form is missing. I can access other
forms Contact Form, etc. no problem.

If anyone could help me with this one -I sure would appreciate it.

Your best bet might be to reinstall office in this case. Also install the
latest service pack if it's not already.
 
Did you install/uninstall anything that modified the default appointment
form? Like Windows Live Local for instance?
Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?
What other addins do you have installed?

A reinstall doesn't help when you have configuration issues.
