appointment reminders in Outlook 2002

I am running Outlook 2002 and for some reason, my
appointment reminders do not work. no notice, no
sound...nothing. I checked the KB and all i could find
was something about the save location of the appointments
needed to be my primary folder and blah blah blah.
nothing suggested worked. any thoughts?

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help
