appointment in calebdar

Hello,

I have a public folder on my exchange server that we use as calendar.
When i use outlook to make a new appointment, i can choose a
location for the appointment?
Everything i typed in in the past as loctaion is always visible when i
make a new appointment. Can i delete this cache somwhre?

Another ting that i want is that when users make a new appointment,
that they can only choose 2 locations that automatically appear.

Put what you want in the registry.
