Appointment Doesn't show in To DO Bar

In the calendar I created an All day appointment and it didn't show up in the
"Mail" To Do bar. Ithen set the appointment as recurring each day of a week
and it still doesn't show up.

It's a "feature" - all-day appointments don't show up.
