Appointment Defaults

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to change the defaults for new
appointments. The main thing is trying to set Reminders to off and "Show
time as" Busy.

If there's not a standard alternative, would a vba event (ie on new
appointment etc.) do the trick?

I'd think you'd have to change the form itself to change those things.
