appointment calendar

All of the following is done by hand:
I have a manager who posts outside of his office a
calendar with his open dates and times (up to two weeks in
advance) for appointments to see our customers.
There are seven people who could set an appointment for
him. They have to walk to his office to check for any open
date/time.
I have a database containing all the customers'
information already and all the necessary front-end and
back-end databases to keep track of orders, etc. but I
have stumbled on this task. I have been trying to set an
appointment form but I get stuck, is there a calendar
feature available in Access? Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Use ms Exchange with Outlook or Lotus Notes or something and save yourself
and your colleages a bundle of time. Google would probably even reveal a
free multi user calendar.
