Apply Headers and Footers

Is there a way to apply a header and a footer to each worksheet without
typing it in for each worksheet

Try grouping the sheets.

rightclick on any tab and choose "select all sheets"
then apply your header/footer
then rightclick on any tab and choose "ungroup sheets"
