Apply conditional formatting to multiple worksheets simultaneously

In Excel 2007, how do you apply conditional formatting to multiple worksheets
simultaneously?

In Office 2003, you could select the tabs for multiple worksheets then apply
conditional formatting to one and it would automatically be applied to all
the worksheets. This does not work in 2007. Does anyone have a solution?
