internet at the movement

Install a software firewall with outbound protection.

Two recommendations:

ZoneAlarm free edition
Kerio (from Sunbelt software) free edition

One other way - if you are familiar with the command prompt:

Type Netstat -o at the command prompt to list all TCP/UDP connections and
the PID of the process.
