Does anyone know what the application msmgt.exe does?
It's inside of windows and I think it might be some kind
of spyware. How about msbb.exe?

They are both parasites.

Msmgt.exe is spyware.
This should remove it.
Spybot-Search and Destroy - http://security.kolla.de/

MSBB
It is spyware, probably installed with Songspy or similar.
Uncheck the MSBB entry in your
startup (Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)


You can use this to find any other spyware you have:
Ad-Aware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
Be aware that if you remove some of the files and entries then the
"free" program that came with the spyware probably will not work.

For the msmgt.exe, follow this link:

For msbb.exe, there are a lot of suggestions to get rid of
it. Do a search for msbb.exe on yahoo and you'll come up
with several different guides on doing this.

If you ever have any files you aren't sure on, try
searching the internet (Yahoo!, Google, McAfee, Norton,
etc.)
