I have installed an application in Windows 2000, but the
application does not work or crashes Windows 2000.
 
An "application" "doesn't work" "crashes Windows 2000."

Please now this is very hard to trouble shoot. My first reaction would be get rid of the application. Uninstall it. That should fix the problem. Anything beyond that it would be best for a more descriptive analysis of the issue.

How doesn't it work? Exactly what happens?

What happens when Windows 2000 crashes?
