application will not open in all profiles

The app I installed only opens in the profile I was using
when I installed it.
All 3 of my profiles have admin rights and full control to
the app folder
When i try to open under the other profiles nothing at al
happens.
Please Help

It depends on the software. Some software will install to all user
profiles, and some software will have to be installed separately in each
user profile.

What is the application? What does its tech support website say? Please
post back with a little more information so we can help you.
