Application runs very slow

I have developed an online product catalog database application and run on
one Win2000 server for 3 years and it works perfectly. Recently our company
has purchased a new server and its configuration is as follows:
- Pentium D
- 2 G ram
- 4 SATA harddisks run in RAID 0 + 1
- Gigabyte Lan

After I installed the application in the new server, the web application
seems to be running very slow and very unstable in speed when I browse the
web application on other computer in the network. Sometimes, it takes 30
seconds to display one webpage. But when I run the application in the
server itself, it is perfect in speed and nothing is wrong.

I am wondering where the problem is. I have checked the ethernet port, it
is in good condition as well.

Can anyone advise what the possible problem is.

Do you still have that old server? You'll have to figure out how it's
configured differently from the new one. Did you buy any OTHER hardware
at the same time, firewalls, routers, etc?
