application not found

i am having problems clicking on links that come via email.when i click i
get message application not found.i have disabled fishing filter to no
avail.

Make sure Internet Explorer has all its defaults.

I give up on Windows Mail and Windows Vista.

Can you please provide me a free downgrade to Windows XP?
