'Application errors'

When I close down Outlook Express I get the following
message, what does it mean please and do I need to do
anything about it?
"msimn.exe-application errors: The Instruction
at ..... referenced memory at ..... The memory could
not be 'written'. Click O.K. to terminate the program."
