Application Error

I try to click on the refresh button while on desktop and
i get error
"The instruction at 0x70d479ea referenced memory at
0x00000024+ Internet Explorer application error"

Please help

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and Spybot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
