Application Error

I am getting the Following error:

Row: Excel.Exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x6534157f" referenced memory
at "0x0ea2fffc" . the memory could not be Read

Click Ok to Terminate the application.

I am working on a big project which retrive data from
Access 97 database.

When i debug the code the code run fine and show me the
records and every thing . but when user try to run the
procedure at run time the above error occur.
