Application Error - When Exiting

When I exit some applications I continue to get this error
message. (The name of the app and the memory addresses are
different in each case hower the message is the same)
Any and all help is appreciated.

Have you taken any steps to stop pop-up advertising?

Yes - Spybot Search and destory
Uninstalled it NO difference, so I reinstalled it.

SS&D is not a pop-up blocker. Something you did to block pop-up ads is not
working out the way you hoped.
